U-14 FL Second Round

Erin’s Own U-14s travelled to Ballyhale on Saturday. The boys battled hard throughout, but came up against a stronger side on the day.

The club held a successful registration day recently, anyone still to sign up, can pay any club officer or committee member. Fees are €90 for adult players, €30 for adult members, €25 students & €10 for OAP’s and players under 18. New members are most welcome.

U-14 FL First Round

Erin’s Own u-14 footballers kicked off their league campaign against Tullaroan on Saturday in the Prince Grounds. The sticky underfoot conditions failed to deter both sides from providing an excellent game.

Tullaroan got off to a flying start, quickly opening up a four point lead courtesy of a well taken goal and a point.The Comer lads responded well scoring two goals to hold a two points lead at the interval.

The game continued in the same vein on the resumption, with both sides giving their all,entering the final 10 minutes the game was anyone’s to win. Tullaroan finished strongest scoring two goals to take the points, on a final score line of 5-3 to 2-3.
